Experience Modernism Firsthand

Reading about architecture is one thing. Standing inside it changes how you understand it.

Mid Tex Mod's events program brings people into direct contact with mid-century modern buildings. Every event serves the same dual purpose: building public appreciation for modernist architecture and building the network of people willing to fight for it.

What we host: Guided architectural tours, lectures by architects and preservation professionals, film screenings, community advocacy meetups, and seasonal social events across all six focus cities.

Built by volunteers. Every Mid Tex Mod event is conceived, organized, and executed by volunteers. If you have a building you would like to open for a tour, a topic you would like to present on, or an event idea, we want to hear from you.
